Permission Denied With Using Command In Dd-Wrt

i search on the from and some one with the same issue getting the Connecting to http://www.hotspotsystem.com (195.228.254.149:80)
/bin/sh: eval: line 1: /tmp/setup.sh: Permission denied
i have att uveures
the router i am using is a E2000
with dd-wrt ver Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (03/25/13) mega build 21061
i cant seem to find out why this is happen need a little help setting this up

Please use the built-in setup under Services>Hotspot, and the newest 21676 firmware. It contains coova-chilli instead of the old chillispot already, and is much better.

the permission denied is one of 2 things
1) set permissions to 755
2) set the first line to read #!/bin/sh instead of #/bin/sh
