Hello,
Im trying to install/test your hotspot sistems for our Hotel and im using PICOSTATION HP2 from Ubiquiti.
All fine till i try to start chili.
I see the following on my AP Station:
HOTSPOT SYSTEM
SETUP STATUS chilli not running. start
Chili not runnig. As your install-Guide i restart several time the ap but still not starting.
If i click on start the web page redirect me to http://100.10.3.15/s…gi?chilli=start and i see an error telling mi the server didnt recive any data.
Anonymous November 6, 2012 at 5:43 pmMake sure that your router is receiving a proper internet connection, otherwise chilli will not start. Check your hotspot settings, if still cannot get it to start then send me a screenshot of your hotspot settings.
Anonymous November 8, 2012 at 2:28 pm4 AP´s are working but i need about 14. Yesterday i tried to configure 2 more but i have the same problema.
I have no clue how i did to fix the 4 AP´s. The have all the same configuration.
I reboot the fixed AP´s several time, uninstalling, installing again the software, but i never knew the problem, they start working…
So i try to do the same but it takes me several hours each time. And as i told you, i have no clue what i have done with the working AP´s…
I like to send you the screenshot. Is there any option to att. it to this message? I see only the option with URL.
Anonymous November 8, 2012 at 2:52 pmMe again, i have now 5 working. The way i solve this was in the following way.
I downloaded the configuration from one of the working AP´s and i upload this to the not working AP.
I change the Ip from the Network configuration and the Radius Nas ID in Services, and it works.
But i still do not know where the problem is or what is missed. I want to send you the screenshoot from the one AP´s what is still not working so you maybe can tell me where the problem is and what is missed.
Thanks in advance.
