Ubiquiti router does not automatically go to login page

I am trying to set up a new Ubiquity router. When I connect to the router, it does not automatically go to the login page (http://192.168.182.1:3990/prelogin). If I manually go to the page, everything works as it should.
Is there something I’m missing?
Hello,
What is the make and model of your router?
What firmware did you upload on the router?
What ip address do you receive when you connect to teh router?
Anonymous June 9, 2015 at 12:00 amMake/Model: Ubiquiti airRouter HP
Firmware: OpenWrt Barrier Breaker r39207 / LuCI Trunk (svn-r9948) openwrt-ar71xx-generic-ubnt-airrouter-squashfs-factory.bin
IP Address: 192.168.182.2Did you perform all steps from this guide: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/installation-guide-openwrt
Please note that we have an OpenWRT build specifically for that router: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/firmware/openwrt/UBNT/airrouter/
It is much easier to configure the router using our build. Reset the router’s settings and use the following setup guide to configure the router: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/openwrt-hotspot-setup
Anonymous June 11, 2015 at 2:15 amI used openwrt-ar71xx-generic-ubnt-airrouter-squashfs-factory.bin at that location you linked. I performed all the steps in the guide, but I will reset and do it again.
Anonymous June 11, 2015 at 3:15 amHere’s what’s happening:
I reset the router by entering the following commands:
mount_root
mtd -r erase rootfs_dataThe router rebooted, and I logged in and set a password using the web interface at 192.168.1.1
Anonymous June 11, 2015 at 3:16 amI connected to the router with ssh and logged in. I tried running the commands at the first link you sent, but they did not work, as the router apparently does not have a connection to the internet. It is plugged into the internet via CAT5.
Please check your network. The router needs to have an internet connection when you run the script! What is the router connected to? Can it ping that device? Does it show up on the DHCP leases of that device?
