I am unclear as to wether or not I can use my local UTC offset on my router. On one installation (Belkin), it didn't work and gave errors o the users login screen. On another installation (Buffalo) it worked great.
What's the difference?
Your routers must always be set to GMT/UTC +00:00 with DST off.
Local timezones has to be set only in the control center.
