Which Router

    I am considering setting up a hotspot with your service. The router you recommend (linksys WRT54GL) appears to be an older version. Is there an updated one that you guys recommend or is that still the best one to use?

    how would this router fit with my existing cable modem? my cable modem is a combination modem/router. would i just hook the router with the correct firmware into my existing cable modem/router?

    You can just plug the router into the modem. WRT54GL is still in production and this router is very stable. You can find newer wireless N routers, but if you are looking for B/G, the WRT54GL fits perfectly.
