You can customize user access at each location. One package can be used in multiple locations, but you can also set up different packages for each location. Parameters you can customize include:
- Bandwidth UP/DOWN
- Period of access
- Time based or usage based access
- Traffic limit
- Limit the number of devices that can use the same login
- For paid locations you can set the price of the package
Click on CUSTOMIZE-PACKAGES.
On the next page you will see a list of custom packages (none if you haven’t added any yet). Click create new package.
On the next page you can set the parameters of the package which will be applied when a user gain access.
After you create a package you still have to assign it to a location. This can be done on the location’s page, click manage-locations – name of location – Modify Packages. If setting up a location with paid access, click modify packages, if selecting free access click Modify free package.
You can check out a video tutorial here:
I don’t believe this is working. I have created multiple custom packages and I can’t see them on any of my locations.
The currency of the location and the currency of the defined package must match. Also, you need to assign packages to the location after you create them.
