Can't logon anymore … stuck on logon page

we are having issues when trying to log in to the hotspot, as a ressult the login page keeps comming with the terms and condition acceptance warning, even when they have been accepted!

It was working ok before
i tried it on a pc , a mac, an iPhone , an ipad, a nexus android tablette
but still the same probleme cant pass the logon page …

Are there any error messages, for example “Hotspot Login Failed”?

yes theres a message saying “Hotspot Login Failed”?
sorry try again

and keeps saying that even if i try again

This can be a radius problem. Please check this article: http://help.hotspotsystem.com/knowledgebase/what-does-hotspot-login-failed-mean-when-trying-to-log-in-to-the-hotspot

Be sure that TCP/UDP ports 1812 and 1813 are not blocked on your network.
