Until you don’t set your facebook page, everything works in “default” mode, with bypass mode on. You need to set your facebook page first before you can modify any other options.
Please check if there is a default package set under Manage : Locations : click on name : Free package. If its not set, the system doesn’t know what kind of access should be set for users. Please choose a default package here:
Timeout is caused because the system is trying to access an URL which is not allowed (not whitelisted). Most likely you didn’t add the required domains to the allowed list.
