If it stays there it means he cannot connect to http://www.facebook.com, because it is a blocked site. You have to be sure you add all the required domains and hosts, as described here:
Hi,
we offer the ability to localize the text on splash pages so if an operator wishes to do it, we can send an invite to our translation system.
Please let us know if you wish to do a better translation for french.
Well, that’s not currently possible, but we have just updated the skin editor to make the editing easier. Hope you like that.
We will consider to make the language and message files downloadable in the future for easier editing.
Hi,
this is being considered so you should be able to do this soon from the control center.
Thanks for your suggestion.
Hi,
please understand that the free service comes with limitations. We determined the 3000 session limit based on the usage of all our operators as a fair usage policy. 3000 sessions are enough for most of them. If you need more sessions than an average user, you can upgrade to basic plus for just $4.90 per month. With basic plus you can also set up restrictions for your users.

Hi,
it’s possible to make the login process simpler.
Voucher can be used straight away without the ‘activation’ process. If your users type the voucher code into the username in the login box field, the voucher will be activated and the user will log in straight away.
So you should turn the voucher activation module and you can also modify the printed voucher code to have the instructions to type the voucher code into the username field and that’s it.
Furthermore if you have a voucher only location, you can even use a simple login form, where the system only asks for the username only (this is a setting in the control center).
Hope that helps.
You can remove a user, however that doesn’t delete the transaction history so the time restrictions still apply. I suggest you to turn the time restriction off until you log in with that device then you can turn it back on.
Package is available for transactions if you export it to a cdv file.
Sessions are logins, so they are not related to the package, package is related to a transaction.
Thank you for the feedback, unfortunately we cannot test out every router with every dd-wrt build, because there are thousands of combinations. So your feedback is greatly appreciated.
It is possible that you didn’t set up your Facebook page in the Control Center. If you don’t set it up, there is no page to like.
This can be a radius problem. Please check this article: http://help.hotspotsystem.com/knowledgebase/what-does-hotspot-login-failed-mean-when-trying-to-log-in-to-the-hotspot
Be sure that TCP/UDP ports 1812 and 1813 are not blocked on your network.
Are there any error messages, for example “Hotspot Login Failed”?
Here is the knowledgebase article: http://help.hotspotsystem.com/knowledgebase/offer-hotspot-service-via-the-lan-ports-wired-connection
Please be sure you are using a DD-WRT build 22118 or later. Older issues can cause seem strange behavior.
Hi,
yes it’s true. We have no installation guide for Ubuntu but you can use our OpenWRT guide as an example, there are coovachilli configuration files there: http://www.hotspotsystem.com/installation-guide-openwrt
Also, you can even install Mikrotik’s RouterOS onto a PC if you don’t want to use routers.
