‘Error code: XXX’ is displayed on the splash page, users cannot log in

In some cases an error code is displayed on the splash screen and users cannot log in. These usually refers to a setup issue. Here are the error codes:

  • Error code 00: No username is specified at login
  • Error code 100: User is trying to log in with a username which is not in our database
  • Error code 101: User is trying to log in with a username which has a valid access to a different operator (this can be a misconfiguration of NASID)

Other error messages:

  • Missing NAS: NASID is not specified in the router
